At Protedyne, we are dedicated to customer satisfaction and committed to positive relationships with every company with whom we do business. On the rare occasion that there is a problem with one of our laboratory automation systems, we have a highly trained staff of robotics engineers and applications scientists committed to resolving issues quickly. We can access and service each of our installed automation systems remotely over a secure internet connection, which allows most problems to be diagnosed and fixed without the need for a service call. In the event a site visit is necessary, our field service engineers will be better prepared to resolve the problem upon arrival, rather than just beginning the troubleshooting process. This results in shorter down time for you. We currently have Customer Care personnel located on both the East and West Coasts of the United States, as well as in Europe.
